1. General Policy

At Eso Talk, we strive to provide the best voice chat experience. Due to the digital nature of our services, all coin purchases and voice room fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• Technical issues prevented you from accessing a paid voice room
• A host cancelled a scheduled room without proper notice
• Duplicate charges on your account
• Unauthorized transactions on your account

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team at noteittechsolution@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction
2. Provide your transaction ID and detailed explanation of the issue
3. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence
4. Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Coins that have already been used or spent
• Voice rooms that you attended, even partially
• Virtual gifts sent to other users
• Services used as intended without technical issues

5. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their participation in a scheduled voice room up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for refunds.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

7. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a refund decision, you may contact our customer support team for further review. All decisions made by Eso Talk regarding refunds are final.
