Hosts are responsible for the content they share in voice rooms. Eso Talk reserves the right to monitor, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

5. Payment and Fees

Users can purchase coins to access paid voice rooms. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Eso Talk, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Eso Talk or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eso Talk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
